First time jitters

 When I first began Track and Field I didn't know much about the sport at all. I thought it was just a great way to stay in shape but I was so wrong. It was so much more than that, there was a team that worked together and there were goals set for each of us. I instantly knew that this sport was meant for me, all I needed to do was be in the right mindset to push myself to my limits. For people like myself who didn't know anything much about these sports , I advise you to learn about the sport and practice always. Stay tuned to know more about practices, and lessons for running.

  2. You’re so right ! I did track and field in middle school and I remember it being so much more than just a way to stay in shape for soccer. This is a great blog for people who just joined the team like freshman. - VIANKA
